Refund Policy

1. Subscription

myCallSheet offers an annual subscription at ₹199/year (inclusive of GST). The subscription provides access to premium features including messaging, contact details, and profile visibility enhancements.

2. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.

No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a billing error or duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days of the charge at:

Please include your registered email address, the date of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds are processed via Razorpay.
