myCallSheet is an online platform for the Indian film and media industry that connects crew professionals, production companies, and production service providers. The platform is operated by Cinevesture Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Mumbai, India.
By accessing or using myCallSheet (mycallsheet.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use myCallSheet. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these terms. myCallSheet is intended for professionals in the film and media industry.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
myCallSheet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false or misleading information, or are used for purposes unrelated to the film and media industry.

You retain ownership of the content you post on myCallSheet, including profile information, credits, bios, and uploaded media. By posting content, you grant myCallSheet a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with the platform's services.
myCallSheet does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted profiles, credits, or claims. Users are responsible for ensuring their information is truthful and up to date.
Full address information provided during registration is used solely for payment verification purposes and is never displayed publicly on profiles.
The referral feature allows registered members to vouch for other professionals on the platform. Referrals reflect the personal opinion of the referring member and do not constitute an endorsement by myCallSheet. Each profile may receive a maximum of two referrals.
The requirements board allows organisations to post crew and service requirements. myCallSheet does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or safety of any requirement posted. Users should exercise their own judgement before responding to or engaging with any requirement.
myCallSheet is not a party to any agreement, contract, or arrangement between users arising from the platform.
The myCallSheet name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Cinevesture Pvt. Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any myCallSheet branding without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, myCallSheet and Cinevesture Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
myCallSheet's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to myCallSheet in the twelve months preceding the claim.
myCallSheet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. myCallSheet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms.
myCallSheet may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
